The ideal Client Benefits Data Specialist will be responsible for providing a wide array of support for field-based evaluation projects, including:

• process monitoring and assessment
• data collection within required timeframes
• data entry
• data base maintenance
• assisting in provision of ongoing internal and external reports by providing support to the evaluator in the dissemination and utilization of evaluation information and other grant requirements
• management of client information

COMPENSATION: Starting salary for this position is approximately $15.04 /hr based on relevant experience and education.

Schedule:  This positions work schedule is 8:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. 40 hours a week, 80 hours per pay period.

Travel: No daily travel is required for this position only mandatory center trainings at other locations.

Equipment/Technology: Working Knowledge of Computer & Phones

QUALIFICATIONS - Client Benefits Data Specialist

Education: 

• Minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent. 
• Knowledge of healthcare records management and switchboard/receptionist experience preferred.

Experience / Knowledge: 

• Must have at least (2) years of data entry experience and have sufficient computer skills and knowledge of technology. 
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal; strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and appropriately prioritize tasks. 
• Must be customer service oriented. 

Physical:

• Hearing of normal / soft tones and close eye work. 
• Lifting up to 25 lbs. 
• Pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs. 
• There may be frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching. 
• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time. 
• Regular attendance is an essential job function.
• Clinical staff members must possess reliable transportation, the ability to acquire an F endorsement on driver's license, and transport clients.
