Do you see yourself as a part of this life-changing work? If so, we are currently seeking a qualified and motivated professional for the following position: Master's Level Children's CSU Program Coordinator
The Ideal Children's CSU Program Coordinator is responsible for administrative tasks including on site coverage, reports, scheduling, and training for the Children's Crisis Stabilization Unit housed at East Tennessee Children's Hospital (ETCH). Program Coordinator will work in conjunction with the larger Children's Crisis Continuum to collaborate on acute services for children and youth in the area. Program Coordinator will provide supervision to designated employees, and work alongside ETCH partnerships to ensure a successful service delivery. Clinical responsibilities include on-call and clinical direction while on site. In addition to supervisory responsibilities, Program Coordinator will meet with clients and treatment team as clinically indicated. Facilitate referral-related activities to link clients with needed services. Follow-up on clinical directives to ensure client treatment is being rendered. Complete assessments at main site and in the community setting as needed.
COMPENSATION: Starting salary for this position is approximately $51,065 annually depending on education and experience.
Schedule: The Children's Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) will operate 24/7, 365 days a year. The holder of this position will be expected to work shifts that meet the needs of the program operation, which may include day, night, weekend, and holiday hours. Regular attendance is an essential job function. Mandatory to remain awake and alert during shift.
Travel: This position requires utilizing a personal dependable vehicle to conduct Center business. Maintaining a dependable vehicle and certified driver status is a condition of employment.
Equipment/Technology: This position requires the use of computer skills with an electronic medical record (EMR), and telehealth/televideo services may be offered as part of the service delivery.
