The Procurement Manager is responsible for assisting in the administration of all procurement contracts and solicitations in compliance with both federal and state regulations. Performs professional and administrative duties in the development, coordination and maintenance of all procurement contracts. Assigns work to staff for the daily operations, and assigns special projects to staff based on expertise and/or current workload. Responsible for managing projects from beginning to end and excel at multitasking. Duties include supervising and managing the day-to-day operations of the Procurement Division.
This position requires utilizing a personal dependable vehicle to conduct Center business. Maintaining a dependable vehicle and certified driver status is a condition of employment.
Education/Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration or finance required. Ability to master purchasing guidelines set forth in the Office of Management 2 CFR 200 and State regulation.
Experience: Minimum of three year's full time work experience in procurement.

Excellent verbal, written, and computer skills are necessary in order to work effectively and collaboratively with co-workers, collaborating agencies, and community professionals, as well as maintaining proper documentation.
Physical: Hearing of normal and soft tones as well as close eye work. Valid driver's license. Lifting up to 30 lbs. Long periods of sitting at a desk. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching.
