Join the McNabb Center Team as the Program Coordinator for the Hamilton County Adult IST Program today!

The Adult IST Program Coordinator supervises the clinical and program activities of Mental Health Programming in Hamilton County.  

  • Liaison with area school systems, Department of Mental Health, United Way, and other agencies in Hamilton County. 
  • Supervises additional future programs that will operate within the area. 
  • Is a member of the management team for Hamilton County.

COMPENSATION: Starting salary for this position is approximately $50,066 /yr or hr based on relevant experience and education.

Schedule: 

  • Monday - Friday 8am-5pm with the expectation of on call for supervisory and staffing issues.

Travel:  

  • Travel between McNabb work sites and travel outside of Hamilton County for training may be required.  
  • This position requires utilizing a personal dependable vehicle to conduct Center business. 
  • Maintaining a dependable vehicle and certified driver status is a condition of employment.
Equipment/Technology

  • High level computer skills for time keeping, scheduling, email, and documentation, and the use of Microsoft Excel and Work is required. 

QUALIFICATIONS - Adult IST Program Coordinator

Education: 

  • Must possess at least a Master's degree in a Social Service related field. 
  • Knowledge of database applications. 
  • Clinical knowledge necessary to provide clinical services and supervision of staff. 
  • License eligible.

Experience / Knowledge

  • Minimum of 1-3 years supervisory experience in the mental health and /or social science field.

Physical:

  • Minimal exposure to biological hazards.
  • Hearing of normal/soft tones and close eye work.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching.
  • CPR and First Aid certification required (training provided).
  • Required to be certified in and adequately implement verbal de-escalation techniques.
  • Applicants should be able to exercise sound judgement under pressure.
  • Clinical staff may be required to get an F endorsement to transport clients as necessary.
