PRN Apartment Manager

The ideal PRN Apartment Manager provides on-site site property management for tenants to protect the legal rights and liabilities of the Helen Ross McNabb Center.

  • Must be willing to provide oversite of the day to day operations of the recovery residence. 
  • Must transport residents to work, treatment, or other appointments as needed. 
  • Must work with Recovery Home Case Manager to insure residents are completing requirements of probation, treatment and the court system. 

Scheduling: 

  • As needed 

Travel

  • F endorsement is required to transport clients as necessary. 
  • Some travel may be required for off site meetings / trainings.

Equipment/Technology

  • Basic computer skills are required for scheduling, time keeping, email, data entry (Word, Excel), and documentation in the electronic medical record.

QUALIFICATIONS - PRN Apartment Manager

Education: 

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED

Experience / Knowledge

  • Previous experience with managing properties / apartments preferred.

Physical:

  • Minimal exposure to biological hazards.
  • Hearing of normal to soft tones and close eye work.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching.
  • CPR and First Aid certification required.
  • Required to be certified in and adequately implement verbal de-escalation techniques.
  • Applicants should be able to exercise sound judgement under pressure.
  • Clinical staff members must possess reliable transportation, the ability to acquire an F endorsement on driver's license, and transport clients.
