The PRN North Pole Elf

  • Applicants are requested to work 40 hours a week for a total of 100 hours spread across 2.5 weeks.
  • Three days in November for NEO, and 10 days when the North Pole is open from Nov. 30 to Dec.4 and from Dec. 7 to Dec. 11.
  • The position will be responsible for overseeing that day to day responsibilities for managing the Center's North Pole area for the Dear Santa program
  • The position will be responsible for working cooperatively with community volunteers, Center caseworkers and case supervisors, Communications and Marketing staff members, Foundation staff members and donors.

COMPENSATION:

  • Salary for this position is 16.50/hour.

QUALIFICATIONS - PRN North Pole Elf

Education / Knowledge:

  • Must have a high school diploma and at least one year of work experience in an office setting.

Experience:

  • One year of experience in an office setting, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook).

Physical:

  • Hearing of normal and soft tones,
  • Close eye work,
  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Push/pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending stooping, reaching.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
