Confidentiality Agreement and Responsibilities:
As an employee of the McNabb Center, you are entrusted with access to confidential information. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary, sensitive, and confidential information related to the company, its clients, and contractors. This includes, but is not limited to, client records, financial records, employee details, and any other non-public data.
You are required to take all necessary precautions to prevent unauthorized disclosure or use of such information both during and after your employment with the company.
Penalties for Breach of Confidentiality: Any violation of confidentiality obligations, whether intentional or due to negligence, may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment, as well as potential legal action. Penalties for divulging confidential information may include civil or criminal liability, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
