LEADERSHIP/SUPERVISORY POSITIONS:
Program Coordinator - Supervises designated program and its staff members, including Team Leader staff. Responsible for administrative tasks including reports, scheduling, and training. Provides onsite and on call clinical direction as necessary, including ensuring clinically appropriate activities are being facilitated. May also have designated clinical responsibilities as necessary or provide coverage for staff. *Typically requires a Master's Degree*
(Examples include Medication Assisted Treatment and State Opioid Response)
Setting, client population and acuity, as well as position, education, and relevant experience determine salary. The salary range for these master's level roles is $39,483 - $57,534.
Team Leader - Provides direct clinical services to clients as well as direct supervision to front line staff including training, scheduling, corrective actions. Team Leaders are also designated hiring supervisors, responsible for interviewing and selecting candidates. Often operate within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure appropriate front line services are being rendered by direct reports.
(Examples include: Katie Miller Residential Program, Crisis Services, Intensive Long Term Services, and First Episode Psychosis)
Bachelor's and Master's Level Team Leader positions are available.
Setting, client population and acuity as well as position, education and relevant experience determine salary. The salary range for bachelor's level positions is: $15.39 - $21.45/hour and for master's degree level positions the salary range is: $47,323 - $56129/year (Master's Degree).
