The ideal Team Leader is responsible for supervision of direct care staff and supervision of clients in the milieu including facilitation of a safe, positive, and therapeutic milieu. This position is also responsible for administration of the program rules and level system. The team leader will participate in the on call rotation, treatment team, and evening client groups. This position will also develop the monthly staff schedule and lead the monthly staff meetings
COMPENSATION: Starting salary for this position is approximately $17.20/hr based on relevant experience and education.
Scheduling: Flexibility required for meeting the needs of program / providing coverage for call ins with the expectation of participating in the on-call rotation.
Travel: F endorsement required. Must be able to transport clients.
Equipment/Technology: Basic computer skills required for e-mail, scheduling, time keeping, Microsoft Word, Excel, and documenting in EMR.
