PACT LPN
The PACT LPN is responsible for coordinating the preparation of medications for delivery under the direction of the PACT Prescriber and PACT Lead RN
COMPENSATION: Starting salary for this position is approximately $19.22 /yr or hr based on relevant experience and education.
Schedule: Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm, with a lunch break provided. This position does not include evenings, weekends, or holidays. While the majority of work is completed in the office, this position does include some client care in the community for the delivery and administration of medications as well as for the evaluation of medical concerns.
Travel: This position requires some travel, mostly limited to Knox County with the rare potential for travel to surrounding counties. This position does require the use of a personal vehicle, however does not transport clients.
Equipment/Technology: This position requires the use of basic technology including a cell phone and computer.
