The Ideal Jail to Work Clinician is responsible for administering and overseeing all clinical and therapeutic functions of the Jail to Work program. Job duties include, but are not limited to facilitating IOP groups, completing psychosocial assessments, providing individual therapy, and case management. Complete all diagnosis assessments, treatment plans and discharge plans. Compete and track all insurance information. Submit all documentation within acceptable Center timeframes. The position interfaces with agencies, law enforcement, and outside facilitators to increase cooperation and consistency between entities. Embraces the key values and principles of the Jail to Work Program Philosophy.
COMPENSATION: Starting salary for this position is approximately $42,980 /yr based on relevant experience and education.
Schedule: Due to the diversity of job responsibilities, this position requires flexibility in scheduling (days, evenings, and occasional weekend)
Travel: Must be capable of driving a van and transporting clients in personal vehicle.
Equipment/Technology: Must be computer literate and have ability to communicate effectively (oral and written communication.)
