The ideal Master's Level Clinician responsible for the evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and treatment of primary and secondary victims of sexual assault. Provides individual therapy to meet the needs of each client and may assist with group therapy if needed. Clinician may also be responsible for client benefits and utilization management functions. Must have mental ability to exercise sound judgment under pressure. The necessary skills for this position include the ability to demonstrate appropriate boundaries, ability to be an empathic listener, and flexibility, willingness, and adaptability to work with diverse populations. Must also have the ability to communicate effectively and possess good time management and organizational skills. Completes all necessary documentation in accordance with funding guidelines and policy and procedures.
COMPENSATION: Starting salary for this position is approximately $40,349 /yr or hr based on relevant experience and education.
Scheduling: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Some flexibility may be required to meet Client needs.
Travel: This position requires utilizing a personal dependable vehicle to conduct Center business. Maintaining a dependable vehicle and certified driver status is a condition of employment.
Equipment/Technology: This job requires that use of a computer, with basic word and excel skills.
