PRN Host Homes / Safe Place Youth Advocate Specialist
The PRN Host Homes / Safe Place Youth Advocate Specialist will provide on-site and community-based assessment, referral, coordination of care, and preventive planning for youth and young adults who are considered to be runaways or at eminent risk of becoming homeless
Scheduling: This position is considered as needed and may require non-traditional hours.
Travel: This position requires utilizing a personal dependable vehicle to conduct Center business. Maintaining a dependable vehicle and certified driver status is a condition of employment.
Equipment/Technology: Basic computer skills are required for email, scheduling, time keeping, and documentation in electronic medical records.
