Do you see yourself as a part of this life-changing work? If so, we are currently seeking a qualified and motivated professional for the following position: PRN Transportation Specialist
The Ideal PRN Transportation Specialist will provide transportation services for clients who are residing within the Family Crisis Center (FCC) shelter. These services will include transportation to medical appointments, social service appointments, grocery stores, work, job interviews, etc. The PRN Transportation Specialist will be responsible for monthly maintenance checks, cleanliness of vehicles, and reporting any vehicle issues to supervisor immediately. Position will be responsible for documenting all trips for clients in a timely manner, as well as documenting mileage, destinations, and fuel amounts.
Schedule: This position is an "as needed" position. Highest demand for transportation is typically Monday - Friday during daytime hours. However, position has a flexible schedule, with availability for nights and weekends.
Travel: This position requires utilizing a personal dependable vehicle to conduct Center business. Maintaining a dependable vehicle and certified driver status is a condition of employment. An F Endorsement is required as staff members may be required to provide transportation in their personal vehicle. Staff members are reimbursed for use of their vehicle for this purpose.
Equipment/Technology: This position does require computer skills for financial ledgers, timekeeping, scheduling and use of electronic medical records entry, and extensive experience with Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/Outlook).
