Peer Support Center Worker (Leader on Duty)
The Peer Support Center Worker- Leader on Duty is responsible for day-to-day management of the Peer Support Center milieu.
Schedule: This position is an "as needed" (PRN) position with 15 hours per week. There is no on-call for this position. In person attendance is essential except in instances of approved time off. This position may be required to attend events outside of the standard schedule.
Travel: This position may be required to travel to out of state conferences/meetings as applicable.
Equipment/Technology: Basic computer skills are required for email, time keeping, scheduling, and documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS - Peer Support Center Worker (Leader on Duty)
Education/Knowledge: Applicants must have a high school degree or equivalent.
Experience: Applicants must be a primary mental health consumer and have a desire to be a role model for recovery for clients. Experience leading groups is desired, and experience in customer service would be helpful for this position.
