The ideal Resident Manager provides on-site site property management for tenants to protect the legal rights and liabilities of the Helen Ross McNabb Center.
Scheduling: This position has a regular schedule of Monday - Friday 8a.m. until 5p.m. There is on-call for this position and employee is off on Center designated holidays. In person daily attendance is essential for this position except in instances of approved time off. This position may be required to attend events outside of the standard schedule.
Travel: No travel is required for this position.
Equipment/Technology: This position requires basic computer skills for time keeping, email, scheduling, and data entry.
