The Ideal Senior Accountant is a multifaceted accounting position supervising the AP and Purchasing Card Departments. Provides coverage for both departments and develops process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of both departments. Assists in day-to-day insurance updates and annual application renewals. Cross-trains throughout the department to provide coverage and assistance during high volume periods. Position will also be responsible for higher level accounting and financial statements for the Helen Ross McNabb Foundation.
Compensation: The starting salary for this position is approximately $71,528 / yr based on relevant experience and education.
Travel: This position requires utilizing a personal dependable vehicle to conduct Center business. Maintaining a dependable vehicle and certified driver status is a condition of employment.
Equipment/Technology: High level computer skills including the use of e-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel / spredsheet software is required.
