Senior Analyst and Developer

SUMMARY

The Senior Analyst and Developer will perform the jobs of both a systems analyst and a computer programmer. This position will specializes in analyzing, designing, and implementing HRMC IT system, reporting, and data requirements. This will be accomplished through the application of their strong analytical, development and software programming capabilities. 

This position requires utilizing a personal dependable vehicle to conduct Center business. Maintaining a dependable vehicle and certified driver status is a condition of employment.

REQUIREMENTS

Education/Knowledge: Graduation from an accredited four year college, with at least an undergraduate degree in Mathematics or Statistics. Five years of related experience may be substituted for the degree requirement. Advanced knowledge of information technology operations and database functionality and clinical workflows.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of job related experience developing client/server applications using Javascript, VB.NET,  ASP.NET, or VFE Mel expressions to optimize data transactions to and from a SQL Server. Emphasis on maintaining and improving legacy client-server applications. Three years experience in at least two of the following programming languages; C, C#, C , Delphi or VBA as well as Oracle or Access databases with suffice. Applicant must possess a solid foundation in at least one of the Systems Development Life Cycle processes as well as a medium to advanced understanding in client/server Layered Application Guidelines. Experience in at least one report writing tool is required. Candidate must be able to program in a modular way to quickly and accurately modify existing applications in order to perform various tasks such as reading and writing data in various formats both to and from directories and creating Ad Hoc reports. Interviewee must possess excellent skills in troubleshooting and documentation and be able to work as a part of a team or independently on various projects.

Physical: Normal IT operations environment. Normal/corrected eyesight. Hearing within normal range. Uses computer, calculator, copier and general office equipment. Lifting up to 50 lbs. busy environment with multiple distractions.

COMPENSATION:

Full time annual salary starts at approximately $59,251 depending on relevant experience and education.

The Helen Ross McNabb Center (www.mcnabbcenter.org) is a premier not-for-profit provider of behavioral health services.  The Center provides quality care and serves all ages in a continuum of prevention, early intervention, social, co-occurring, addiction, outpatient, and crisis services.
