Do you see yourself as a part of this life-changing work? If so, we are currently seeking a qualified and motivated professional for the following position: Supportive Housing and Recovery Services Coordinator - Hamilton County
The Ideal Supportive Housing and Recovery Services Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities for Mental Health Supportive Housing Services, Long Term Care Case Management services, Tennessee Move Initiative- intensive community based services and Peer Support Center. This includes being responsible for three programs on call 24/7, preauthorization, reauthorization, maintenance of client clinical files/documentation and all residential clinical programming including licensing. The position requires the ability to manage schedules and work cooperatively with prescribers, case managers and therapists as well as the mental health community. This position has the responsibility of supervising the Intensive Living Services program coordinator (who oversees long term care case managers), residential direct care team leaders, residential direct care staff, Tennessee Move Initiative care coordinator, Peer Recovery Specialist and RN, as well as the Peer Support Center Coordinator who oversees peer support PRN direct care staff who help them in developing plans to address target behaviors.
COMPENSATION: Starting salary for this position is approximately $57,932 /yr based on relevant experience and education.
Scheduling: Due to the diversity of job responsibilities, this position requires flexibility in scheduling but will utilize a Monday - Friday 8am-5pm model with a 24/7 on call responsibility for supervised programs.
Travel: This position requires utilizing a personal dependable vehicle to conduct Center business. Maintaining a dependable vehicle and certified driver status is a condition of employment. "F" endorsement is required. Must be able to provide transportation as needed.
Equipment/Technology: This position requires the use of computer skills with an electronic medical record (EMR), and telehealth/televideo services may be offered as part of the service delivery. Staff will be expected to maintain work with a Center cell phone and computer.
