Client Experience Team Leader

The Client Experience Team Leader supervises the Centralized Scheduling front line staff.

COMPENSATION: Starting salary for this position is approximately $16.39 /hr based on relevant experience and education.

Schedule:  Position is from 8:00am-5:00pm with an hour lunch. The schedule is always Mon-Fri with no overtime or weekend work. In- person daily attendance is required for this position.

Travel: This position has little to no travel. Only travel that is required would be for trainings required from the department or any extracurricular trainings offered that employee would like to attend. This position does not transport clients and does not require an F Endorsement.

Equipment/Technology: This position requires excellent computer skills as well as the ability to use an EMR proficiently with many steps. Requires the ability to use a telephone and headset for phones.

Duties: This position supervises the centralized scheduling front line staff.  Must provide back up support for all positions supervising. Working with all departments of the organization is required. Required to take warm hand off of calls with escalated clients needed immediate support, must triage the call to direct them to either mobile crisis or determine immediate client safety process.

QUALIFICATIONS - Client Experience Team Leader

Education: 

  • Bachelor's degree required.

Experience / Knowledge

  • Must have at least two (2) years of experience in a Professional Healthcare office environment.  
  • Customer service focus and skills required.  
  • Must be comfortable with computers and technology.  
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and appropriately prioritize tasks are required. 
  • De-escalation skills required to assist with clients in crisis.  
  • Must be comfortable making quick decisions regarding client care.

Physical:

  • Minimal exposure to biological hazards.
  • Hearing of normal/soft tones and close eye work.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching.
  • CPR and First Aid certification required (training provided).
  • Required to be certified in and adequately implement verbal de-escalation techniques.
  • Applicants should be able to exercise sound judgement under pressure.
  • Clinical staff may be required to get an F endorsement to transport clients as necessary.
