The Ideal Walk In Center Clinician serves as a clinical member of the multi-disciplinary team and provides direct care through crisis services, evaluation, and triage. Completes intakes and supporting documentation for both CSU and BHUCC, provides phone triage, and one on one therapeutic interventions with individuals admitted to either CSU/BHUCC.
COMPENSATION: Starting salary for this position is approximately $44,734/yr based on relevant experience and education.
Schedule: Must have flexible schedule. Possible overnight shifts, holiday work and overtime. Must be punctual and maintain good attendance record. Must stay awake and alert on all shifts. The role of the WIC Clinician is to ensure coverage is provided 24/7 despite any weather conditions or holidays that arise.
Travel: Valid driver's license with F endorsement required. Reliable vehicle required. This position requires utilizing a personal dependable vehicle to conduct Center business. Picking up clients from community locations and hospitals in personal vehicle or company vehicle. Maintaining a dependable vehicle and certified driver status is a condition of employment.
Equipment/Technology: Computer experience is essential. Ability to learn and utilize EMR and create documents within the program.
