The R.E.G. Program Coordinator will direct, manage and develop a group of grant funded services (primarily Federal Grants), to include grant writing, grants management, and supervision of program evaluators.

COMPENSATION: Starting salary for this position is approximately $54,724 /yr based on relevant experience and education.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Travel: No travel required.

QUALIFICATIONS - R.E.G. Program Coordinator


  • Must have a Master's degree in a public services or health-related field of counseling, psychology, social work, sociology, or a behavioral science field with course work or experience in the areas of cultural diversity, human development, etiology and treatment of mental illness, alcohol and drug abuse, physical and sexual abuse, suicide, and developmental / intellectual disability.

Experience / Knowledge

  • Three years of supervisory experience in the social work field or a behavioral health setting preferred. 
  • Extensive grant writing and evaluation/research experience preferred. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other word processor / spreadsheet software is preferred. 
  • Basic computer skills for email, timekeeping, and virtual meetings is required.


  • Minimal exposure to biological hazards.
  • Hearing of normal/soft tones and close eye work.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching.
  • Applicants should be able to exercise sound judgement under pressure.
  • Lifting up to 50lbs and pushing / pulling up to 150lbs.
