OUTPATIENT

Clinicians in outpatient settings are responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and treatment of clients and families in their care. Serving adults, children, and youth, the mental health outpatient services include such programs as Intensive Outpatient A&D Services and Integrated Services Team (IST or therapy in a clinic), School-Based Services and more.

Base salary ranges from $45,434 to $47,476 annually depending on position, education, valid licensure, and relevant experience. Caseload and frequency of contact vary based on client needs and acuity, program focus, and population served. These factors as well as travel requirements and on-call expectation determine salary. Certain clinical licenses increase salary substantially.

LEADERSHIP ROLES
