The ideal Foster Care Placement Coordinator provides clinical oversight to case managers working with children placed in therapeutic foster homes. This position is responsible for the placement of children and youths in foster homes and residential treatment facilities operated by the agency.
COMPENSATION: Starting salary for this position is approximately $45,854 /yr or hr based on relevant experience and education.
Scheduling: Flexibility is required to help meet the needs of the clients served, but a model of Monday - Friday 8am-5pm will be used.
Travel: This position requires utilizing a personal dependable vehicle to conduct Center business. Maintaining a dependable vehicle and certified driver status is a condition of employment.
Equipment/Technology: Basic computer competency is required.

Experience / Knowledge:
The McNabb Center (www.mcnabbcenter.org) is a premier not-for-profit provider of behavioral health services. The Center provides quality care and serves all ages in a continuum of prevention, early intervention, social, co-occurring, addiction, outpatient, and crisis services.
